Although the twenty5.21i is the most compact model in the new range, there’s nothing small about the sound, which has the impact you’d expect from a much larger cabinet, thanks to PMC’s Advanced Transmission Line technology. The speaker is ideal for use in small-to-medium listening environments where space is at a premium, but where you still want detailed bass, ultra-realistic mids and delicate highs with maximum musicality. Equally happy mounted on a stand or a bookshelf, the twenty5.21i offers maximum flexibility for placement, and also makes an excellent choice for effects speakers in an immersive sound system.

"The PMC twenty5.21i replaces the previous PMC twenty5.21 in my main Linn/Naim system. The original twenty5.21 speakers are now in my secondary system in the bureau (all Naim apart from the PMC speakers). I therefore have a direct comparison between the old and new speakers. For the first few hours the sound from the new speakers was slightly thin and trebly; not surprising as many new components show this before they're run/burnt in. Twenty hours in and they are now sounding really good, with the treble sweet, bass communicative and a definite improved depth to the sound stage. The original speakers are excellent but the new range is certainly a step forward. Vocals are more "there" and the sound stage more authoritative. A definite recommendation!"

"When first installed, found the sound to be very thin and lean and the treble was harsh and bass very light. 4 hours later the sound had flourished into the best sounding speakers i have ever heard ! So full and musical and exciting to listen to ! Even my wife loves them ! I am using a Rega Elex-r amplifier with Cyrus CDI CD player and Chord Shoreline interconnects with QED 40th anniversary speaker cable. I havent tried using my Rega upgraded RP3 turntable yet !"
