The next stop on PMC’s European Studio Tour takes us to Zurich on Monday 5 October, where we’ll be joining our Swiss distributor MGM Audio, and special guest Dale Becker for an afternoon and evening dedicated to professional monitoring. The event will highlight our new PMC10 XBD system, giving producers, engineers and studio professionals the opportunity to experience one of the most capable monitors in PMC’s latest generation of active studio loudspeakers.
Beginning at 12pm and continuing into the evening, the Zurich event is being designed as an intimate listening and demonstration session rather than a conventional trade show.
The centrepiece will be PMC10 XBD, combining the PMC12 three-way active monitor with dedicated XBD bass extension. Designed for demanding control rooms where effortless dynamics, exceptional resolution and accurate low-frequency reproduction are essential, it provides an opportunity to hear recordings with the scale and transparency required for serious mix and mastering decisions.
The planned system will also incorporate elements of PMC’s Ci and subwoofer ranges, demonstrating how our monitoring technology can be applied across stereo, multichannel and immersive environments while maintaining consistent tonal balance throughout the system.
MGM Audio represents PMC in Switzerland and will join the PMC team throughout the event, providing local expertise and the opportunity for visitors to discuss their own studios and monitoring requirements.
The Zurich event forms part of a wider European tour, bringing our latest professional monitoring systems directly to the producers, engineers and studios for whom they were created.
