PMC’s 35th anniversary celebrations continue in Norwich on Thursday 1 October, when we join Martins Hi-Fi for a special afternoon and evening of music and high-performance audio. Alongside two very different PMC loudspeaker systems, the event will offer visitors the opportunity to hear the latest generation of Bryston electronics, including the new formidable 7B Mono's, BP19 and Bi-200, in carefully matched systems designed to demonstrate what PMC and Bryston can achieve together.
With sessions at 11am, 1pm and 3pm, the event will feature two PMC systems, giving visitors an opportunity to experience contrasting approaches to high-end music reproduction.
At the top of the line-up will be PMC’s legendary IB2 SE, partnered with the latest Bryston 7B power amplification and BP19 preamplification. With its substantial scale, dynamics and resolution, the IB2 SE draws directly on PMC’s professional studio heritage and provides an ideal platform for demonstrating the authority and control of Bryston’s latest electronics.
A second system will feature the elegant fact.12, partnered with the new Bryston Bi-200 integrated amplifier. Combining PMC’s Advanced Transmission Line technology with a considerably more compact form factor, fact.12 offers a different perspective on the PMC sound while retaining the transparency and musical accuracy at the heart of our designs.
The event forms part of PMC’s 35th anniversary year, celebrating more than three decades spent designing loudspeakers for music creators and music lovers alike. It also provides an opportunity to discover the latest evolution of Bryston, a brand with which PMC has enjoyed a long and successful association.
The PMC and Martins Hi-Fi teams will be available throughout the event to answer questions, talk through the systems and help visitors get the most from the demonstrations.
