• The promoter of this free prize draw is The Professional Monitor Company Limited, Holme Court, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9ST (“PMC”).
• PMC is offering eligible entrants the opportunity to enter a free prize draw for the chance to win one pair of PMC Prodigy1 loudspeakers (“the Prize”).
• Entry to the prize draw is free, and no purchase is required. To enter, entrants must successfully complete the competition survey within the stated entry period.
• The prize draw opens on 20 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 27 February 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period and who have successfully completed the survey.
• The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide a valid UK postal delivery address within 72 hours of notification. If confirmation is not received within this time, PMC reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.
• The Prize will be delivered free of charge by recorded delivery to the confirmed UK address within a timeframe deemed reasonable by PMC.
• PMC accepts no responsibility for the Prize once delivery has been attempted, including where delivery is unsuccessful due to circumstances beyond PMC’s reasonable control.
• PMC shall not be liable for any damage to the Prize occurring during transit.
• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have a valid email address and UK postal address.
• Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.
• Entries submitted by agents, third parties, organised groups, or automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
• The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative is available.
• The Prize is as stated and subject to availability. If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond PMC’s control, PMC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw, the awarding of the Prize, and any related promotional activity, in accordance with PMC’s privacy policy and UK data protection legislation.
